Our college community is committed to helping you get ahead in life.

At Laurel College Center (LCC), you can earn a degree, advance your career, strengthen your job skills, or pursue your personal interests. Choose from credit and noncredit coursework at all levels of study—including undergraduate, and continuing education—from notable Maryland colleges and universities. Conveniently located near downtown Laurel, LCC offers over 100 credit and 100 continuing education classes each semester, with day, evening, and weekend class options.


Mission

Laurel College Center (Regional Higher Education Center) partners with Prince George’s Community College and four-year institutions to provide high-quality learning experiences through innovative degree and certificate programs for professional and personal development, expanding educational opportunities and career pathways for students and community members.

LCC brings convenient, personalized, and supportive educational opportunities to Laurel, MD and the Baltimore-Washington region. As a Maryland Regional Higher Education Center, LCC offers courses and degree programs from our founding community colleges and our four-year university partners. The result is a community that works collaboratively to provide you with courses in associate, and baccalaureate study—all in a small, supportive setting.

Programs and Courses

Credit courses at the LCC may be applied to an associate degree from Howard Community College or Prince George's Community College or transferred to a four-year college or university. Baccalaureate degree courses are also offered. If you want to upgrade your skills or expand your interests, you'll find plenty of options here.
